This is a link to "Midori Shinwa" aka "The Green Myth", which is a fiction that takes place both in the modern world and in Watase Yuu's Universe of the Four Gods from her manga/anime series "Fushigi Yuugi" or "Mysterious Play".
I am writing the "shin" version of this story with my long time internet friend, Ping, who is currently hosting it at her domain. This story was started back in 2001 when she and I were both part of a now defunct Fushigi Yuugi Hotwire (Yahoo group) team fan fiction and picked up again in 2005 (with edits as no one else that was a part of that is writing for it anymore and we don't want to use their characters without their knowledge or permission) and thus has become a separate entity from the old team fic.
The scope of both the modern and UOFG arcs of the tale of OUR version of the Genbu seishi is presently bordering on epic and I think both Ping and I are committed to writing for our beloved Genbu seishi for as long as they annoy us by poking our imaginations to tell their stories.
Soon I will be hosting a alternate web site for "Midori Shinwa" (although Ping's Website will be prominately linked on the first page) once I get my act together and get a domain set up for it on my own web server. This is so even if one of us loses our domain or if we run out of data storage space we'll always have access to the story and important other info on the other person's domain.
